What is the average ROI for a Nouveau Associate?

Do you get your money's worth?

Was it a good return on your investment?

Nouveau riche ( French for "new rich"), or new money, refers to a person who has acquired considerable wealth within his or her generation This term is generally to emphasize that the individual was previously part of a lower socioeconomic rank, and that such wealth has provided the means for the acquisition of goods or luxuries that were previously unobtainable. The term can also be used in a derogatory fashion, for the urposes of social class distinction, to describe persons with newfound wealth and who are viewed as lacking the experience, finesse, or taste to use wealth in the same manner as old money - persons from families who have been wealthy for multiple generations.

Missed opportunity….

I know that all those who were promoting Nouveau Riche in my area just six months ago are NOT now! They have taken down their real estate investing signs out of their yards and windows....

Where did they all go? Why would they all quit ironically at the same time?

With the economy the way it is it no wonder why a real estate investing product and service is hurting. My opinion - they did not make a return on their investment and had to stop loosing money and now have to find a way to repay their loans they took out pay their admitance fees......

Real estate investing was a booming industry for several years and now with the economy in a slump and the mortgage industry on the brink of major disaster with millions on the verge of loosing their homes it mean two things for different people.

  • If you are an already established investor and have assets and cashflow now is optimal timming to buy and wait for the market to stabilize and you will make a great return on your investment with time.
  • For someone trying to break into this market and does not have assets and/or cashflow this means bad timming and the potential to make a profit is - gone!

Getting a better return on your money...

Anyone who has any kind of success has had one basic factor working for them - positioning! They are in the right place at the right time and able to take advantage of the opportunity presented to them!

Nouveau Riche associates who have spent thousands of dollars for real estate investing training are now potentially unable to make a return on their investment.

Good news! There is still great opportunity in the mortgage industry, you just need to know where to look, understand how it works and how to position yourself.
